Joe has a proven track record in leading construction projects using diligent financial, development, and construction management systems and processes. He is a professional engineer trained in Engineering, Systems Design, and Management from the University of Waterloo. His track record as an entrepreneurial business leader includes having founded, developed, and sold several companies to publicly traded organizations, including GE Capital.
