Corey is focused on optimizing the Pacific Reach portfolio as well as the growth of business through strategic transactions, repositioning, and partnerships. Corey directly manages the acquisition, asset management, and development teams at Pacific Reach. With 15 years of experience in real estate investments, Corey has been directly involved in over $4 billion in transactions across North America in the private and public markets. Prior to Pacific Reach, he was an executive at a Canadian REIT and led the investment team for a Vancouver based real estate private equity firm. Corey is a graduate of the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.

Zahra is responsible for overseeing design, food & beverage concepts, and special projects for Pacific Reach’s hospitality portfolio. Zahra brings two decades of diverse business experience, having worked at McKinsey & Company in New York, the World Health Organization in Geneva, and corporate finance firms in Vancouver. Zahra has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization since 2010, is co-founder of the Sparkle Gala in Support of the BC Women’s Hospital, a former co-chair of the Canuck Place Gift of Time Gala, and one of the founding members of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Zahra has a Bachelor of Science degree from UBC and a Master’s of Science degree from Harvard University.

As the Executive Director of Hotel Operations, Jeff oversees operations of all hospitality assets in Pacific Reach’s portfolio. His responsibilities include optimizing operational processes for greater efficiencies, creating asset value through execution and planning of strategies, and working closely with the acquisitions team in conducting analysis and executing acquisition, conversion, development and disposition of hospitality assets. Prior to being internally promoted to this role in 2022, Jeff has spend 11 years as Regional General Manager since joining Pacific Reach in 2010. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jeff is a holder of the Certified Hotel Administrator Designation and a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Double Major in Economics and Asia Area Studies.
John manages the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford and assists the acquisitions team in conducting strategic market analysis on potential acquisitions and redevelopments. Prior to joining Pacific Reach, John held various management positions in Vancouver and internationally. He has over three decades experience in four and five diamond hotels, restaurants, private international consulting practice and private clubs. John graduated from the University of Ottawa and The Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management where he majored in Marketing and Finance.
