He also oversees the risk management process throughout each phase of a project. Shehzad is trained in Engineering, Accounting, Information Technology and Business Management.
Kimberly is a skilled business lawyer whose legal expertise assists Pacific Reach with all of its corporate, commercial and real estate law matters, including leasing, financing, acquisitions, property management, construction and employment. Prior to joining Pacific Reach, Kimberly worked in house for several years with a local developer, as well as with a prominent boutique business law firm. Kimberly received her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and is an active member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canadian Bar Association and Canadian Corporate Counsel.
As the Regional Director, Property Management for Pacific Reach, Josh is responsible for managing our multifamily housing portfolio by directing our property teams, and by developing and implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. Josh joined Pacific Reach in 2017 and brings 16 years of multifamily experience performing in all roles of operations spanning new build lease-ups, renovation lease ups, affordable housing, and mixed-use high-rise management. Josh graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies – Public Administration Cum Laude, specializing in leadership and communications.
As Senior Development Manager of Pacific Reach, Naomi is responsible for coordinating and overseeing project development and planning activities and managing the municipal approval process. Her 15 years of experience includes design and development of mid-rise and high-rise multifamily, hotel, commercial and institutional projects.
As Manager of Loss Prevention Programs, Gerrit is responsible for implementing and managing the preventive maintenance program of the Pacific Reach real estate portfolio. Gerrit has nearly three decades of experience in the development and implementation of fire and life safety programs and comprehensive multi-facility/multi-property maintenance management programs. Prior to joining Pacific Reach, Gerrit operated a private maintenance management business delivering specialized services to industrial, residential, and commercial key accounts. Before this venture, Gerrit spent 16 years with Nissan Motor Company of South Africa.
As Director of Procurement of Pacific Reach, Raza is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Procurement including sourcing, contract management, vendor management, cost reduction, and improving efficiencies. Raza has over 25 years of global supply chain, strategic sourcing & purchasing experience in diverse industries across Asia & North America. Raza has an MBA and holds both Canadian Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) and U.S Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) designations. He is an active member of Supply Chain Management Association in Canada & Institute of Supply Management in USA.
Justin is an Asset Management Analyst at Pacific Reach. Working closely with the Investment & Finance teams, Justin is responsible for managing and adding value to the commercial and residential portfolios. Prior to Pacific Reach, Justin worked three years at KPMG, and in the mining and automotive sectors. Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a designated CPA.
