Our Asset & Property Management team has more than three decades of experience in managing and operating a range of multi-family and commercial real estate assets, including luxury furnished rentals as well as institutional office properties. We operate our properties with a focus on enhancing our residents’ experience, by delivering exceptional quality service and incorporating innovative residential and commercial technologies that are responsive to their needs. We employ experienced on-site staff that are familiar with each property’s residents and are able to offer timely and personalized service. Our Asset & Property Management team works closely with our in house Design and Construction team, to ensure that all buildings, systems and equipment are maintained at the highest level, with day-to-day wear and tear and functionality in mind.

With an experienced in-house Design and Construction team that has been developing properties since the 1990s, we have the required internal expertise to develop properties but can also tightly manage the construction process when we partner with external firms. Over the years, our team has developed extensive experience and a strong knowledge foundation, as well as best practices, in the design and construction of various facilities. This is evident from our proven track record of projects completed in different jurisdictions, on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality. We approach development and ongoing maintenance with a long-term perspective and owner’s bias, diligently investing in each property for the ongoing comfort and safety of residents.

Our Acquisitions team has a proven track record in identifying and sourcing value-add opportunities in growth markets throughout North America. The team is also well versed in underwriting and executing transactions globally and in a broad range of asset classes, from full-service hotels to residential properties and seniors’ housing. Our solid financial foundation and capability, with experience in creative deal structuring and financing, further complemented with the strong relationships that we have developed over the years with lenders and equity partners, allow us to seamlessly execute large and complex transactions. We approach all our investments with a focus on maximizing returns and continuously monitor the market and environment to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
