The team is also well versed in underwriting and executing transactions globally and in a broad range of asset classes, from full-service hotels to residential properties and seniors’ housing. Our solid financial foundation and capability, with experience in creative deal structuring and financing, further complemented with the strong relationships that we have developed over the years with lenders and equity partners, allow us to seamlessly execute large and complex transactions. We approach all our investments with a focus on maximizing returns and continuously monitor the market and environment to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Joe is responsible for directing all development, construction, and asset management activities for Pacific Reach, which he co-founded in 2014. Joe has a proven track record in leading construction projects using diligent financial, development, and construction management systems and processes. He is a professional engineer trained in Engineering, Systems Design, and Management from the University of Waterloo. His track record as an entrepreneurial business leader includes having founded, developed, and sold several companies to publicly traded organizations, including GE Capital.
