As the Regional Director, Property Management for Pacific Reach, Josh is responsible for managing our multifamily housing portfolio by directing our property teams, and by developing and implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. Josh joined Pacific Reach in 2017 and brings 16 years of multifamily experience performing in all roles of operations spanning new build lease-ups, renovation lease ups, affordable housing, and mixed-use high-rise management. Josh graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies – Public Administration Cum Laude, specializing in leadership and communications.

As Senior Development Manager of Pacific Reach, Naomi is responsible for coordinating and overseeing project development and planning activities and managing the municipal approval process. Her 15 years of experience includes design and development of mid-rise and high-rise multifamily, hotel, commercial and institutional projects.

As the Director of Construction for Pacific Reach, Doug is responsible for managing the team which delivers all construction projects within our commercial, residential, and hospitality portfolios.  Doug joined Pacific Reach in 2019 and comes with 20+ years of experience in construction management including single and multi-family residential housing development, commercial tenant improvements, and institutional renovations.  Originally Doug trained in Architectural and Structural drafting and design and quickly turned that into a successful General Contracting company.  Additionally, he holds both PMP and Gold Seal certifications. 

Justin is an Asset Management Analyst at Pacific Reach. Working closely with the Investment & Finance teams, Justin is responsible for managing and adding value to the commercial and residential portfolios. Prior to Pacific Reach, Justin worked three years at KPMG, and in the mining and automotive sectors. Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a designated CPA.

Mingchi is responsible for providing oversight and management over all accounting operational functions and financial reporting for Pacific Reach. Prior to Pacific Reach, she specialized in audits of real estate companies and financial institutions at a Big 4 accounting firm in Vancouver. Mingchi is designated as a Chartered Professional Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Accounting.
